Can i join a microsoft teams meeting with zoom – none:
Hi, Emily19sun! Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community and posting your concerns. We are sorry to learn you encounter joining a Zoom meeting invite through the Teams app on your Surface Go. Thanks for taking the time to let us know about this and allowing us to help you out. I tried checking the Zoom app on a Surface device and I’ve had them integrated with Teams. I was able to add the Zoom bot within Teams. The Zoom bot provided me a join link seen under the Meeting ID. When I click the join link, my default browser opens up and launches the Zoom app which shows the window of the meeting with the Meeting ID seen at the top of the screen.
There are some links that will lead you to non-Microsoft websites. Please watch out for ads on the sites that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP Potentially Unwanted Products. Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you purchase it. Please follow the instructions there to troubleshoot the issue. Should you need further assistance, submit a ticket to Zoom Support. The link is provided at the end of the page I sent above.

Hopefully, MS opens this up more. Feels like a no brainer to display the upcoming meeting though. I used the Zoom preview today and had a few issues. It decided to use our content camera for the webcam and I wasn’t sure how to make it use the other camera. For some reason in the middle of the meeting the screen also went black for a little bit, and when it came back we were not longer able to see the slide show. Just thought I would post some feedback. This was only our first meeting using Zoom on a Teams Room device.

In the meeting invite, select Join Microsoft Teams Meeting. If you don’t already have the Teams mobile app, you’ll be taken to your app store to download it. Download and open the app. If you have an Android device, open the app right from the app store page. If you have an iOS device, tap the meeting link again to open the app.
Teams will ask if it’s okay to use your mic. Be sure to allow it so others in the meeting will be able to hear you. Next, you’ll be given two options for joining your meeting: Join as a guest or Sign in and join. Choose Join as a guest. Type your name and tap Join meeting. For the next step, the meeting organizer or their administrator may require you to sign in with an authorized account to join the meeting.
For example, if this is a school meeting you may need to sign in with your school account. Or if the meeting is part of a conference, you may need to use a conference-authorized account. Depending on how the meeting was set up, you may be able to enter the meeting now. OR If you see a screen similar to this, sign in with the mentioned account. This solution allows users to start or join scheduled meetings through bot commands or a tab. Tabs are productivity tools in the Microsoft Teams UI.
Log in to your Microsoft Teams account and click Install on the Zoom integration. Then, choose Authorize. Click the down arrow next to Add and click Add to a Team.
From there, search for and select the channel or team you want to use the integration in, and click Set up a bot. Follow the user wizard to get everything configured. Click on Sign in to access Zoom and start using the integration. With the Zoom Meetings tab on Microsoft Teams, you can schedule meetings with anyone else in your team that also has Zoom.
A pop-up tab will appear that allows you to search for the people you want to include in your meeting. Once selected, hit the Start button. You can also click on Schedule a Meeting in the Zoom tab to arrange a conversation for later. You can also add a password to the meeting if you want to make it more secure.
When you add the Zoom integration to Microsoft Teams, you get two things, the Zoom meeting tab and the Zoom bot. The tab is great for launching and scheduling meetings.
